ZanVano does not accept returns under any circumstances. Once an item has been delivered, it cannot be sent back to us.

Instead of returns, we offer refunds for eligible cases only, as outlined below.

Non-Eligible Refund Requests

  • Minor variations in color or appearance due to screen differences

  • Issues caused by misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling


How to Request a Refund

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.


Refund Process

If your refund is approved:

  • You will not be required to return the item

  • Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary
